Khalid Khan is a seasoned SAP FICO consultant, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Hull Software LLC. With a degree in Computer Science and a strong foundation in IT, Khalid transitioned into the SAP ecosystem over two decades ago. Driven by the desire to make SAP accessible and impactful, he founded LearnSAP LLC — which grew from humble beginnings into a nationwide organization with over 127 team members and 9 locations across the United States.

His business philosophy is rooted in results, structure, and knowledge empowerment. Over the years, Khalid has helped companies drive tangible improvements through SAP training and consulting, earning the trust of professionals in industries ranging from manufacturing to energy. His leadership is both strategic and people-centered — enabling growth through collaboration, precision, and innovation.

A lifelong learner and disciplined enthusiast, Khalid is also an instrument-rated private pilot. He finds balance in the skies, often drawing parallels between aviation and business planning.

At home in Houston, Texas, he shares life with his wife, two children, and his beloved Goldendoodle, Bella — a three-year-old bundle of joy who keeps the household vibrant and playful. Bella is more than a pet; she’s a faithful companion who brings warmth to Khalid’s busy schedule.

Varsha Vilankar is a visionary leader and co-founder of Hull Software LLC, where she serves as Director of Training & Strategy. With a Master’s in Computer Science and over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, Varsha has been a driving force in SAP since 1992 — shaping solutions across manufacturing, utilities, and logistics.

Her platinum-level expertise in SAP S/4HANA spans:

Plant Maintenance (PM): Technical object structuring, maintenance planning, and integration with EWM for real-time spare part staging.
Materials Management (MM) & Logistics Execution: Streamlining procurement, inventory control, and vendor coordination for operational excellence.
Supply Chain Management (SCM): End-to-end process optimization, from asset lifecycle management to warehouse and distribution strategies.

As a strategic architect, Varsha oversees SAP operations across 32 servers and 13 systems, while leading two SAP implementation teams. Her role also includes designing training programs and mentoring professionals in ABAP and MM — blending technical depth with practical insight.

Ms. Rupal Patel is a SAP Certified Consultant in Financial Accounting and Human Resources with over 20 years of experience spanning education, corporate training, and software development. As a co-founder and Director of Education & Solutions at Hull Software LLC, she brings a client-first mindset to every engagement, ensuring that each solution is tailored to real-world business needs.

Her journey began in management accounting, where she developed a strong foundation in financial systems and operational strategy. In 2002, she transitioned into the SAP ecosystem, quickly becoming a trusted instructor and consultant. Since joining LearnSAP LLC in 2007, Rupal has trained professionals at leading organizations such as 3M, US Sugar, and the City of Houston — delivering hands-on instruction that blends clarity, structure, and practical relevance.

Rupal is known for her ability to simplify complex SAP concepts and empower learners through step-by-step training manuals, especially in the FICO and HR modules. Her materials are widely used by corporate teams and individual learners alike, reflecting her commitment to accessibility and excellence.
Beyond training, she plays a pivotal role in Hull Software’s custom software initiatives, including solutions for crude oil trading, marine payroll, and SAP S/4HANA integration. Her leadership style is thoughtful and collaborative, rooted in empathy and a deep understanding of client goals.

Ms. Bharti Kumawat is a highly skilled software developer and creative technologist with a Master’s degree in Computer Science. As the Webmaster and Software Engineer at LearnSAP and Hull Software, she brings precision, innovation, and design-savvy execution to every digital project.

Bharti’s strengths lie in full-stack development, user interface design, and adaptive learning technology. She has created self-evaluation tools that empower learners to monitor their progress and is currently engineering an intelligent self-study platform that adjusts content based on each learner’s pace and comprehension style.

Her skill set includes web development using PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, and responsive design frameworks. Bharti is also responsible for Hull Software’s website architecture, ensuring fast performance, high accessibility, and user-friendly navigation across devices.

She approaches each challenge with a creative lens and a deep commitment to making technology intuitive.
