A global leader in the beverage industry was moving from a decades-old legacy system to SAP S/4HANA. Rather than starting with generic training, we began with a structured System Audit to understand exactly where day-to-day usability was breaking down — because effective enablement depends on a sound foundation underneath it.
- Data-Quality Review: We identified master-data gaps that had surfaced after go-live and were undermining usability on the floor. Addressing the data foundation first was key to making the system trustworthy for users.
- Functionality Mapping: We mapped standard configuration against the plant’s real operating model, including its multi-shift requirements, to find where the setup could be better tailored to floor-level workflows.
- The Insight: The need wasn’t training alone. It was a combination of data remediation and role-based alignment between the system and the people using it.

- Technical Remediation: Working alongside the client’s IT team, we helped resolve the Work Order and master-data issues so the system reflected the reality of the plant floor.
- Role-Based Training: Instead of generic tutorials, we built a curriculum that showed each expert how to translate their subject matter knowledge into the specific SAP screens and T-Codes their role required.
- 24/7 Enablement: We provided on-site support across all production shifts so no employee was left without hands-on help.
The Outcome
After stabilizing the first location, the client asked Hull Software to extend the same approach to additional global sites. Together we moved the operation from an early-stage, friction-heavy rollout to a state of confident, day-to-day system self-sufficiency — with the client’s own experts fully in command of the new environment.
